PERFORMANCE BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp is an 8-week large group training of up to 12 individuals. The programs will challenge your strength and power, your endurance (cardio), mobility/flexibility and movement capacity as we work to create more durable athletes and improve your performance in all of your activities outside the gym in the sport of life!
Bootcamps run Tuesday & Thursday at 6 am and Mondays and Wednesdays 12-12:30.
Our Saturday morning hydrid online bootcamp starts at 7:00am. Choose the best days and times for your schedule!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training is a group of 3 to 8 individuals. The group members all follow the same training program which is designed based on the group’s goals and training intent. The programs consist of cardiovascular, strength, power, speed and agility, and work capacity training to name a few. The program is not individualized as compared to personal training, semi-private, or buddy training.

SEMI-PRIVATE
Semi-private training provides clients and athletes with an individualized program in a group setting. Coach creates an individualized training program for each individual in the group and has it tailored to their needs. Athletes train at the same time as other individuals while the coach helps you manage your program, motivates individuals, corrects technique and helps you find greatness! Training times are determined based on your needs and openinings in the training schedule.

ONE-ON-ONE
One-on-One training provides clients and athletes with personalized attention with their trainer. The trainer will assess your goals, training age/experience, and overall health and fitness status before creating an individualized program to help the client reach their goals. These goals could be altering body composition, increasing strength, improving performance, training for an event, post injury reconditioning, nutritional coaching, and much more. Training times are at the client and trainer’s discretion.

BUDDY TRAINING
Buddy training is personal training for two individuals splitting the cost that prefer a tailored approach while also working with a friend who is sharing the same timeslot. The trainer discusses with both individuals their goals and then designs a custom program to help reach and surpass them. Training times are based on the trainer’s availability.
